Affordable Opportunity for Family-Fun Style Purchasing a Weekend Armband Pass for $14.00 per person gains you access to four more recreational opportunies for family fun during your wekeend stay at Austin Lake. ($10.00 per person for 1-day armband pass.) Hours of Armband Operation Pedal Carts, Kayaks and Paddle Boats may be checked out from check-in until 8pm on Fridays and from 11am to 8pm (or dark) on Saturdays and Sundays. Last check-out at 7pm. Pedal Carts must be returned to concession stand and checked-in by 8pm. Tube Slide rides are endless during its posted hours of operation. Details of Armband Access After purchase, armband pass allows guests to access pedal carts, kayaks, paddle boats (unlimited number of 1/2-hour increments), and ride the tube slide during posted or announced hours. Signed release required from parent for children to purchase armband.
Equipment Information
Tube Slide Ride an inner tube down this dry slide that starts at the top of the dam near the concession stand and zooms you into the park. Small children may ride on the lap of responsible adult. Hours of operation announced. Armband allows you unlimited rides during slides open hours only. Pedal Carts Explore Austin Lake Park & Campground on a Berg Buster Pedal Cart. Seats available for small children to ride behind a responsible adult. Armband allows unlimited number of times a person can check out pedal cart for 1-hour increments. Rest between rides or venture to another armband option. Kayaks For any person 12-years old and up. Access kayaks any number of times for 1-hour increments and choose to explore, sun, or fish. Take to the lake to enjoy nature at its finest. Life jackets mandatory! (PFD) All persons in kayak must have armband access. oops, no swimming from the boats. Paddle Boats Yellow Paddle Boats can fit up to two adults and Sparkly Paddle Boats can fit up to four adults. Take to the lake to enjoy recreational exploring for unlimited number of 1-hour increments. Life jackets mandatory (PFD).
